Netflix Turn Off Parental Controls. Lock your profile or other profiles on your account. When you access the parental controls the first step is to provide a four-digit PIN.
The first problem though is that the PIN system is counterintuitive. From the Profile and Parental Controls section select the profile to disable. Scroll down to the user profiles.
Then you much enter the password to you Netflix account and after that you will be prompted to enter four numbers that will serve as your PIN.
