Netflix Parental Control Problem. The PIN blocks that particular show so your child cannot watch it. To access the parental controls you have to go to Netflixs website.
When you access the parental controls the first step is to provide a four-digit PIN. Access the web browser and go to your Account page. Provide the password for your account.
Choose among the options.
Select the link for Parental controls in the Settings section. Go to Access restrictions and press Edit. Click on the arrow on the right to access the configuration options. Access the web browser and go to your Account page.
